Team Brood Velvet Cap Mod Pair (2)

CNC Machined out 6061 Aluminum and anodized black for use with Velvet Shocks. Includes M3 screws in two sizes for use with different length rod ends. Use blue threadlock to secure screw and prevent leaks.

Fits all three of our shock types and both cap colors.

Parts included is enough to modify two shocks.

Use Blue (Medium) Threadlock generously on the screws when installing them. Failure to apply Threadlock will result in a leaky shock. We recommend using Team Brood Threadgrip Blue Gel for the best bond. Allow 24 hours for the threadlock to cure fully before assembling shocks.

You must still use the cap o-ring when installing these. It’s recommended you install new cap o-rings when installing the mod. Using an old o-ring that had previously been used with the plastic part will likely provide a suboptimal seal and will probably leak.

Does not include Rod Ends or Threadlock.
