I use one of these in 12t in my Class 2 comp rig (SCX10.2 based). I was a little worried I wouldn’t have enough power since it’s 5 slot and machine wound. However, I have been nothing but surprised. Super smooth control with the 5 slot. Tons of wheel speed on 3s (I replaced a 30t motor that was run on 4s) and a bit AHA moment with the torque/power. At crawlapalooza 2021 I had the winch line fall off and wrap around the front wheel. Even with that wrapped up, it still worked back and forth until I could drive the truck across gate 10 with the front tire all kinds of bound in the winch line.
