Aluminum TLR 22 5.0 XL Slipper Plates (2)

PLEASE NOTE: THESE PLATES REQUIRE THE USE OF AE OCTALOCK SPUR GEAR AND PADS TO FIT ON THE TLR VEHICLES.

Lighter than stock plates with increased heatsinking and venting to provide a cooler and lighter slipper. Hard anodized for a hard and smooth durable finish. Less weight to reduce rotating mass for less loss horsepower. Increased venting and heatsink allows for increased cooling. Designed specifically for Stock or Modified Racing. Can be used in No Prep Drag Racing to save weight but still run a slipper.

Fits all TLR 22 vehicles that use TLR232074 (Slipper Plates) or equivalent. TLR232083 Slipper Spring Set along with a TLR236009 Aluminum M4 Flanged Non-serrated Locknut and a Team Associated B6 Octalock Spur Gear (ASC92293/ASC92294/ASC92295/ASC92296) and Octalock LCF Slipper 11mm Slipper Pads (ASC92285). The AE Octalock Slipper Pad and Spur Gear are required to use the larger outer diameter slipper plates. TLR Spur Gears will NOT work with these plates. Some motor plates that are thicker may require the use of a 5mm ID x 7mm OD .3mm thick shim on the shaft to prevent rubbing between the inner slipper plate and the motor plate. No additional modifications are necessary.
